This unique property is located in a commanding position on the top of the Monastry Hill only 15 minutes drive to Varna and its international airport. The location is very quiet, enjoys splendid sea views and is near the beach and marina port of the nearby Sunny Day resort.
Built on two floors, the first floor of the villa contains an open-plan living area with cozy fireplace, a central dining space and a fully fitted kitchen at the rear.
