PROPERTY&RENTAL MANAGEMENT
The maintenance of the common property areas is 5 euro per sq.m. and is calculated on the total area of the properties. The service includes maintenance of the common property areas, the facade of the building where the apartment is, the swimming pools, the green areas. The maintenance charge is compulsory and is payable once a year.
RESERVATION
Any apartment or villa can be reserved for the period of 21 days. The reservation amount is ?1000 (one thousand euro) for the apartments and ?2000 (two thousand euro) for the villas. The reservation amount is non refundable, but deductible from the first installment of the property. Once the reservation amount is received and the purchase agreement is signed we will take the apartment/villa off the market.
