Maintenance of common parts
According to Bulgarian legislation this service is obligatory for all people owning an apartment within a residential building, whether the apartment is rented or stays empty. The service covers the maintenance of all the communal areas in the apartment complex, including: • Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills of the common parts • Maintenance of the gardens. • Maintenance and cleaning of the common equipments • Reception/ concierge and security of the complex • Standard repairs ensuing from the normal use of the building The charge for maintenance of communal areas is different depending on the location and the category of the residential complex. The annual charges can vary from ? 5 to ? 12 per m². If your apartment is 80 m² and it is from "Luxury "category the annual fee will be 800 ?. |
